One guy I was "friends" with [he was a regular and I had hooked up with his brother, always friendly flirtation] thought it would be cool to slap my ass when at the bar one night.

 

 

I almost slapped the **** out of him.

Another guy who was a friend and my besties boyfriend slapped my ass, I DID slap the **** out of him.

 

 

I don't care how well we know each other, unless you are my boyfriend, don't grab any part of me unless we are getting "hot and heavy".

I have had my ass grabbed/pinched a few times, too..Sure some of them were drunk, but not all of them were. Theyll even call over their friends and say "wow, Susan come over and feel this guys arm!!"

 

Can I slap the shyt out of them, like you did?

 

or is it just cute and flirty when women do it, but when guys do it its creepy and pervy??

I've had my ass grabbed and been cat called before. If I slapped a woman that grabbed my ass, I'd be in jail on assault charges.

I consider my ass a sexual part of my body, its inappropriate.

If a guy was getting too handsy [arms around waist, over shoulders] I would just tell him to back off if it wasn't welcome.

 

I would never pinch or slap someones ass, not unless I 100% knew they would be ok with it.

That has happened to me, when it did I turned the tables and touched the women. Likewise, when I touched men sometimes they touch me back. I guess everyone I've dealt with is a freak?

Well, in my case, both DID get warnings first. If you give the girls who touch you without your permission a warning, then hell yeah slap the hell out of them.

But, yeah, I have felt very violated when strange men (always very attractive ones, for some reason) have grabbed me or touched me inappropriately.

 

The difference in reaction may be related to the perceived threat. Does a man feel threatened when a woman grabs his big, strong bicep?

That shoudnt make any difference...I mean really, how many women who have had their asses grabbed then succumbed to an all out sexual assault? i dont think there is any real difference in terms of its purpose..

My experience says not all women agree with these post. If the woman touches you it's ok to touch them.

I really hate it when men touch me unsolicited. I don't like it when women do either. There is a female boss at work that puts her hand on my shoulder sometimes when she's talking to me- and it makes me uncomfortable.

 

Obviously there are many different kind of touches, some are menacing, and some are rooted in poor judgement.

 

I have witnessed women walk up to a guy they don't know and squeeze a bicep. My married friend does it to men when she's had a few too many. I think she thinks it's harmless and a compliment- but I find her actions inappropriate.

 

Some unsolicited touches are much more menacing than others. A man grabbing a woman's boobs, ass, crotch is more menacing than someone squeezing a bicep. One is consider assault, while the other is inappropriate.

 

If a woman squeezed your crotch or grabbed your butt OP, it would be considered assault too.

GRAB or slap... nope. Not ok. Putting a hand on my waist, or over my shoulders isn't really the same in my eyes. If a guy I didn't know was to do that, I would be annoyed, but nowhere near the same as if he walked up and squeezed my ass.

I'm not defending women grabbing men's parts. I wouldn't do it. But the fact is, it will be more threatening for a woman to be grabbed by a man than a man to be grabbed by a woman, generally speaking.

Depends on the touching. A strange guy I am talking to, if I touch him in a flirty way then by all means he can do the same back, that still does not mean slap my ass.

I guess its just been a pet peeve with me at times..I even started a thread a month or so about how women find absolutely NO problem with throwing sexually suggestive comments/talk to guys-yet its absolutely a major no-no for a guy to do the same to a woman...

Curiously, when I've been touched inappropriately by men, it's often been my tummy. In 3 separate instances, men have felt compelled to reach out and run their hand down my tummy, toward my panty line. So creepy :sick:

I can honestly say that after a few too many drinks [when I was single] I have seen a guy with huge muscles and just for fun asked if I could touch.

I have always asked, but I am sure women do it without asking.

 

When a guy slaps my ass, I just see it as degrading if I am not in a relationship with him... Like really? You couldn't just come up and talk to me?
