Spoonss Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 My ex gf started dating this guy after we broke up they have been dating for 1 and a half months. She is now leaving for a trip to thailand for 40 days i want to give her a letter before she leaves and to be honest i want her back. She said her and this new guy werent breaking up when she left but i mean 40 days after that short peroid of time will they really last through that? if so is there anything i can do before hand to emotionally trigger reminders of me throughout her trip. In the mean time living my own life at home and dating. Need some advice to win her back if possible

Don't send any letter. It's over. The only reminders she will be having is of her missing and thinking of the boyfriend. I'm sure they will be communicating eventhough she's in another country. You can't win someone over that has moved on, and one that is telling you that she isn't about to end it with this guy. That should tell you something. And women don't like desperation and you're reeking of it.
Mws Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Thing is I am also dating some one at the time, but it isn't as explosive like it was with her. It's not that I don't think I can't find anyone else I just don't think I will find that connection as deep again.

I am not desperate but I do love my ex had some of the best times of my life with her. Although if we where never to get back together it wouldnt be the end of the world. I would like another chance with her. She still calls me, but i do not take her calls.

Don't send a letter. Concentrate on what you have now. Sorry to be harsh but, there is nothing more disrespectful to someonethat you're dating to still be hung on your ex.

Dump your current girl because it's selfish of you to keep her on the side while you try your chances with the ex. I feel sorry for her. If only she can read this crap you're posting. Let her find someone who can focus 100% of himself, emotionally and mentally, on her. You're a user. 2
Author Spoonss Posted July 10, 2013 Author Posted July 10, 2013 I am getting conflicting advice from these forums, first people tell me to start to date other girls to get my mind off my ex. Then you guys say that is bad? This current relationship is very casual and she is aware of that? is there really any harm in it if she is aware i just came out of a very serious LTR?
Simon Phoenix Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 Sending her a letter makes you look like a chump. Don't be a chump.
