hellischrome Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 So, he dumped me on Tuesday and after 3 days of NC I contacted him tipsy on Friday night, just saying -I don't think the way it ended is right-. Quick background: he is back in Italy, left the day after he dumped me, and is coming back in 4 days. He went for sad family reasons, the issue that broke us up, except for a thousand others, is that he didn't know if he was going to see his ex there, and he couldnt promise me not to see her. He replied back after 20 hours, saying - I don't know if and how it is "right", but we will talk about it for sure. To talk as never been a problem for us, right? Thoughts?

Simon Phoenix Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 Thoughts are that there's really no such thing as a "right" way to break up and breaking NC was completely useless. 3
Author hellischrome Posted July 7, 2013 Author Posted July 7, 2013 No he didn't want to bang his ex. He wanted to talk to her, maybe, he wans't even sure, he left her for me after 9 years together. I don't know if breaking NC was useful, but I needed some sort of contact. I still don't know what to do when he comes back anyway

You need to become unaddicted. 1

Time to move on, going back to them only delays this. I also learned that the hard way... but I've finally grown a set, have met a new girl who is so much more compatible for me than my ex and I'm actually feeling the happiest over the last few days than I have in the last 2 years.
Bozena Posted July 7, 2013 Posted July 7, 2013 wow and do you have trust to a guy that left his 9 years girlfriend for you?
