I stopped at walmart to see if they carried a certain model DVR. Near the entrance there was a table with two adults and at entrance was this cute girl asking for money for some kind of organization. I noticed no one was giving. I told her if I bought something I would give some money.

I found that:confused: walmart didn't carry the model DVR I was looking for. I only had $50 bills. I tried to sneak out with a large group so I wouldn't have to face being asked again. I almost made it but I heard the girl ask me and I acted like I didn't hear her. I turned and again seen a large group of people entering and she was asking and no one was giving. I nearly headed back to give $50 but I think that would have been absurd. I headed to my car and felt sad. I wouldn't cared if it was the adults but walmart shouldn't allow any parents to have their kids solicit money. What would have been the best way to handle the situation?

You're joking, right?

You could say that you had only large bill paper money.

If you went around with a credit card then they would have been more screwed, cause I believe they did not have a terminal for CCs?

Another way you could help is tell them that you will *spread the word* and maybe some of your friends/asquaintances will come.

And even then it doesnt mean you should have donated. What was their goal? Some things are better not supported. Eternal problem with a starving man, fish, fishing rod, and poverty if Africa. (and fraud fundraisers ;p).
