Hello im just wondering what to do in these type of situations. I went and hung out with my friends from their city and one of my friends friends that i never met before said i was cute. She was a very attractive girl, so i asked my friend to send me her number. Me and the girl talked a little when we hung out, but not much, but is it weird to randomly txt somebody you barley know when you got their number from a friend? Im just wondering cause i think it would pretty odd if I was the girl, but I want to know what other girls would think. Thanks for your input.

You really, really should have asked for the number yourself - sorry, don't mean to sound harsh, but...man up!

BUT, it's still not the end of the world. It's not the most common thing in the world, but these types of things aren't all that weird and crazy either. I'm sure she'll be a little surprised by it since you didn't ask her for her number directly, but it's not as if she's going to be totally weirded out and freaked out by it!

I'd say text her something like "Hi this is ____, we met the other day with friends. You seemed nice/cool/blah blah blah, so I asked ____ for your number and wanted to say hi" or something along those lines.

If she's into you, she'll still think it's slightly odd that you didn't ask her directly, but she's not going to care for more than 2 minutes about that nonsense. If she's not into you, she will still think it's slightly weird, and probably move on and forget about it within 2 minutes. Either way, you have nothing to lose.

Sounds good, an I would have if I talked to her a little more. We was out an about that night, so we was a little over the place. So we didnt have have the chance to just talk a little. Manly what we did was had a few drinks, danced a little and then that's about it.
