chaychay Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 i finally feel a little better after my ex led me on for weeks, I finally managed to let it go and work on a better me, He did try get in contact with me again, and admitted that he led me on because he wanted to see if he had feelings for me or not. Im not going to say I don't feel miserable at times because I do especially when those memories just come flooding back. well a technique I used was just let it come to your mind stay calm and itll leave within a few seconds. you know those random memories and flashbacks that come to your mind? they wont stay there for long unless you keep moping over it. I try not to react and itll just leave my mind on its own. I know it sounds stupid but you might wanna try it. it actually works. oh and. I was just wondering, if anyone knows of any good music, nothing depressing, any upbeat breakup songs or anything, and even something I can do in my spare time? ive been reading a lot of books lately, been writing a blog, cooking etc, anything else I can do? even on the internet? well apart from that I just wanna say thanks to the people on here that actually took the time out to read what I had written in previous posts. thank you it means a lot. <3

rastamoose Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 "A little space, a little time Seen what it can do A little faith, peace of mind See what passes through The sun will shine on you again A bell will ring inside your head And all will be brand new" Gem Archer is so underrated
