This is the problem when you have sex before establishing the fundamentals. It's too late now I know, but this is messy because there is a chance you two are not on the same page. I hate it when men do this crap to women. I mean, if you don't want to commit to anything, tell her that FIRST so she can make a sound decision on whether or not to have sex with you! Geez... My lady and I had sex on our 2nd date also, but before we had sex, I told her we HAVE to be exclusive and be in a relationship or I cannot have sex with her. She agreed. You are all adults, so there is really no reason not to talk about these important items.

Right now the man has control over the OP. I don't think this will work, as they are not at the same level of interest.

I'm not sure if you read the whole thing but we agreed to be exclusive before sex that's why I let it happen.

Yes, but he needed time to consider if he wants a "relationship". If you want a relationship, and he's still considering, then you are not on the same page.

OP ,

Is this the same guy you ve mentioned in your earlier posts ?

If it is, it sounds to me just like a case of your and his expectations not to be in the same page.

You seem to be in a rush ( which is what you want) and he wants to go slow ( which is what he wants ) Someone has to give way,

About this sex thing, looks like he just "said it" without meaning it he probabaly was annoyed . I think he likes you. Relax a bit OP .

OP, slow down. I think he does like you.

And if you want him to see relationship potential, a lot of rules, rushing, and expectations, arent going to help.

Take it easy. You guys rushed the sex part, so itd be silly to rush the relationship part. You dont know one another well enough yet. But he does seem to be trying to show you hes gonna focus on you guys getting to know one another better.

This type of situation would work with a woman who is fine with just going with the flow, living in the moment, and who understands that all relationships are temporary, so tries to have as much fun while they last. It could turn into a serious relationship if the OP doesn't take it too serious.

You don't know him well enough to say whether he's honest, fair, or reasonable, so you don't know him well enough to have any expectations about his behavior.

I get that he doesn't want YOU to have sex with other people. But I wouldn't even bet 25 cents to a 20 dollar bill that he's honest about refraining himself.
