You always seem to find the best links, thanks for posting this one! I've actually become a fan of throwing in little things like those exercises. I can't always spend an hour doing cardio, but I can do a few minutes in the morning before my breakfast, a few minutes in the afternoon. I do things in my living room - pushups, lunges, crunches, light weights, etc. While I don't see a massive change in weight or even morale, I do notice that if I do these exercises consistently, I get a big boost when I do my cardio (walking, tennis, table tennis) because my body is strong enough to maintain those activities for longer periods of time.

 

Has anyone gotten that guy's book? Is it any good?
