But not being in a LDR:)

Hey my peeps!! I'm Mia, I basically joined up bc my situation being in a LDR sucks as it is

hard being so far away from my man:( But I'm holding it strong for the both of us.

To cut a long story short... New Zealand Girl meets American Boy Online,

We become and acquaint as friends through constant correspondence,

And then two years later, we develop feelings for eachother & fell in love.

A year & a half plus two years on, we are still going strong but we're hurting deep

inside at the fact that we still haven't met face to face due to our financial situation,

But we do have our sight set on late 2014 to make it our life goal to save up

whatever we can to finally make it happen and that I will firstly,

fly out to NYC from Melbourne, Australia.

I was kinda wondering, who else

on here in a LDR like mine(distant wise)

and if you can share me some of your LDR experience!

Cheers.

Hey fellow Kiwi - awesome to see your post on here, sounds like you have a far deeper connection considering the length of time you have been in contact, compared to what we had we had only been in contact 3 months.

To be honest in my case I am not sure he had prepared himself, or was even ready and I think if you are realistic about expectations and have discussed them there is no reason for it not to work, in my case I think he had built me up to be almost perfect in his mind which I definitely am not.

There are haps of people on here with awesome success stories so i hope some of them step up and tell you how it has worked, in my case i still can't quite explain what happened. Wishing you awesome success on your journey :) I'll be cheering for you :)
