Africa Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 I live in CO. My husband is cheating on me. He started when our son was 3 months old, now he is 6 months. CO lows are no-fault. I have all evidence documented. What is the best state I can use it?

rolo99 Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Fyi....if you will be seeking alimony, Colorado is known for generous alimony awards to women, but that will all change for divorce filed after 1/1/14. I'm in the final stages of getting divorced in Colorado. No kids, no alimony.
