LOSTnMT Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 I know there are ups and downs when recovering from a break up. The last couple days have been brutal, cant sleep, cant eat, just feel lost. Hope the next few days get better.

lop98 Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Same here, I'm on month 3, was feeling great really but the last week has been brutal, it doesn't help that a relative's dying at the hospital... it's magnified everything I had managed to control and now I feel quite hopeless about life...
OrangeSnack Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 It's painful in the beginning but i promise you, it will get better. Keep yourself busy. Spend more time with friends and family. Go do something that you have always wanted to do in life. You will know it's over when you start laughing about it instead of feeling pain and resentment. Keep strong. eddyctv Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 Pick up some Melatonin at the drug store...in the vitamin section. 5mgs. All natural. It will help you sleep Someone suggested it to me, and i am NOT into taking pills of any sort, but I feel like I had no choice, and it totally works
