I know there are ups and downs when recovering from a break up. The last couple days have been brutal, cant sleep, cant eat, just feel lost. Hope the next few days get better.

It's a painful process but trust me as one who has gone through ad out of it the past months, you WILL GET BETTER AND MOVE ON. Use this time for yourself.

Same here, I'm on month 3, was feeling great really but the last week has been brutal, it doesn't help that a relative's dying at the hospital... it's magnified everything I had managed to control and now I feel quite hopeless about life...

It's painful in the beginning but i promise you, it will get better.

 

Keep yourself busy. Spend more time with friends and family. Go do something that you have always wanted to do in life.

 

You will know it's over when you start laughing about it instead of feeling pain and resentment.

I know it will get better, it has too and it always does.

 

Its just hard to think positively when you are in the moment miserable. Thanks for all the kind words.

Pick up some Melatonin at the drug store...in the vitamin section. 5mgs. All natural. It will help you sleep :) Someone suggested it to me, and i am NOT into taking pills of any sort, but I feel like I had no choice, and it totally works :)
