Considering clubs is a meat market I'm sure they are going there to get sex. If these women just wanting go out for dancing they don't leave with guys.

How do you know what these guys are about? Id say Im an intellectual guy who has a sophisticated side. But I am not one dimensional and have plenty of sides to me. Im sure guys have seen me with girls in the bar or club before and assumed I was a typical douche...but Im not. Hell, Ive been with girls before who assumed that I was a conceited jerk before they actually spoke to me.

 

I can enjoy going to a sociology lecture as much as I can enjoy getting hammered and dancing in a club

If they are in their mid 30's they are at their sexual peaks, and probably looking for men with good stamina. ;)

I dunno. I suspect your idea and my idea of what "a sophisticated woman" is may differ somewhat. Radically.

Why is this a mystery? Guys in clubs have the illusion of being wealthy and popular. Obviously that is attractive.

 

And not all people who go to clubs are bad. Some people just like dancing, house music and a more lounge-y environment. I think clubs are fun sometimes!

In reality most of them probably are knee deep in debt and can barely afford their rent though somehow they manage to afford some overpriced bottle of champagne.

 

I was never big into those kinds of clubs and I doing quite well in my life.

Well, I go often to clubs and life has not been bad with me either... it is a question of taste I guess ;)

I just can't stand the generic techno music that sounds like one big song and the whole atmosphere.
