Has anyone ever had annoying eye twitches? Like the eye lid just spasms out for about 3 or 4 seconds then stops? Just has been happening on and off with me for 3 or 4 days now. Not sure what to think of it. I did a google search and it just said that it could be stress related, not enough sleep or just the eye reacting to a piece of dust/allergies etc.

Thing is, it's kinda freakin' me out abit too. Not good for my anxiety and makes me ofcourse think of what else could really be going on there!

Any thoughts or experiences on this one? I guess I should see the eye doctor in afew days if it doesn't get better.

I've talked to a doc about it. It can be one of a few causes...dehydration, looking at the computer too long, drowsiness or stress.

Increase fluid intake, get some damn sleep, quit spending so much time on LoveShack looking at the computer and don't stress it. :D

LOL Thanks Tiki... I think not enough sleep is it...The weather changes and the fact it's getting darker earlier now a days is kinda screwing me up abit. Stress too...And yes, sitting here on the computer I'm sure doesn't help.

I will drink more water, cuz my neighbour ALWAYS tells everyone, if you drink lots of water you will feel better and stay healthier.

Every now and then, one of my eyes'll do it for a few days. It goes away.

Straight?

I get it when I'm tired. I'm often tired.

I've read somewhere that twitches sometimes occur when your brain rewires small parts of itself in response to normal cell death. Who knows.

I also get these, sometimes, and they're usually associated with eyestrain. They go away after a good night's rest.

 It took me forever to realize what you edited, and now I think I'm in love with you.

Don't worry, it will go away after a good night's sleep :p

Yeah. Always did prefer men. Any particular reason you're asking, since you and Pap seem to have reached an 'understanding'? :p

I get occasional eyes twitches too. :) (I hate them.)

 No, it's just... I like a man who can make decisions, and stand up for what's right.

A lesser man would have let 'twitches' remain singular, and toned the discussion back, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

*swoon*

I'm going to bed.

But you'll only worsen the eye spasms, in more ways than one!

We're so gay. :bunny:

yep, even worse than toothpaste, so be really careful!

Maybe that's the source of the eye spasms?:laugh:

How the f*ck do you get tootpaste in your eye?:p

By rubbing your twitching eye having forgotten the hand you're using has a loaded toothbrush in it?

you are actually very near to the truth :p

Oh, yes, I forget...women are multitasking experts at rubbing their eyes and sticking themselves with tootpaste at the same time. :p

There couldn't be that many more ways to get toothpaste in one's eye. Perhaps a 'food fight' with toothpaste tubes instead of catsup packets?
