Does any of you have any good tips for coping with anger towards the one who dumped you? I've been in NC for about a month now (stopped counting the days after the last NC break) but as we have some mutual triends, I sometimes get a glimpse into my ex gf's new life - how happy she is with that loser she cheated on me with etc.

And I must say - I get really angry

Not really at her or him (though I wouldn't mind seeing their relationship go down the drain or one of them being screwed over the way I was) - but at myself. How the f**k did I allow myself to waste over one and a half year of my life for someone with the emotional maturity of a 16 year old? Why can't I just get rid of thoughts about her and move on with my life?

Seriously, these thoughts make me want to hit something. Or someone. Any advice?

I thinkthe best way to 'get back' at her or them is to be really happy. Indulge in some self loving and focus on yourself right now. Heck with both of them, conpletely delete anything to do with them and this will help you with the anger. She is clearly not worth your emotions and feelings! Dont waste anymore time on her. :)
