So I put up an profile on okc .In all honesty I put it up for fun.Not thinking too seriously about the whole thing.I mainly fill out the questions they have when i'm doing other things or killing time.

I get a lot of messages on there and rarely go through them all.

There does seem to be some great people on the site at least the ones I spoke to and I think if my heart had been in it more I would have had a great experience.

Anyway so I logged in on the site tonight and i noticed that a guy who had messaged me looked really familar only to realize that hes a brother of a guy that i had briefly got to know while i was in new york.

Nothing happened due to the fact that I was due to leave to go back to england.we spoke on the phone once or twice.nothing serious. And because of distance amongst other things it fizzled out.I never added him on facebook but out of curiousty i did look him up and thats how i know its his brother and because it wasnt private i was able to stalk his fb page.shameful .i know . i never met his brother and he doesnt know me. i know him mainly from facebook.I remember thinking how gorgeous his brother was but nothing more because of obvious reasons.so when he messaged me on that site i kind of didnt know what to do.i do find him physically very attractive.i moved to los angeles recently and hes also in la area.weird that its such a small world.i never thought of the real world and the online world to collide like that.naive i know.i dont know whether to meet up with him.bearing in mind NOTHING happened with his brother but is that still crossing a line? i met his brother in new york back in 2011 .so a while ago.it really weirded me out for some reason.please help what should i do?i messaged back and forth some.more lighthearted banter and im yet to reply to his last message.so should i continue? sorry for rambling.

Guy #1=the guy you met in New York.

Guy #2=the brother of the guy you met in New York (online guy).

Sorry, I just get confused; I made a key so you can understand my post better.

If you met Guy #1 and never got into anything serious with him, in my opinion, you should be good to go with Guy #2.

I don't see why anyone would be upset, since nothing has happened yet.

As to whether or not you should meet up with Guy #2, that's at your discretion.

As long as he seems genuine/safe/not-a-serial-killer, you'll be fine.

Best of luck.
