I am looking to gain 5-7 lbs, as I am very underweight. I currently weight 97.5 lbs, standing at 5'4''. At this time last year, I weighed around 103 lbs. I suspect this weight loss is a result of being away at college and eating less due to gross food, as well as year of conflict with my boyfriend/depression. The problem is that it is very easy for me to lose weight, but very difficult to gain weight. I genetically have a small frame/fast metabolism, however I would like to at least be at the same point I was last summer. Just a side note, though I'm not sure if relevant, I do not exercise at all except for standing/walking around at work during the afternoon.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

Eating more should suffice. Bear in mind that you'll have to stick with whatever methods you use, lest you lose the weight.
