A friend of mine discovered that the guy she was dating had dropped her off at home at the end of the second date around 11pm. She later learned from someone else that he went back to the club that they went to for the date that night. She wasn't given any more information than that?

Is that considered disrespectful? It was the second date; they were not exclusive and they had not yet had sex.

what's your opinion?

Maybe not the best way to go about multi-dating, but you're not exclusive so he can date and bang as many as he wants.

Yeah thats pretty rude, did she have to leave or did he want to?

If she wanted to leave its fine

but if he did, then obviously he didnt want her there anymore.

Not enough information about the situation, but maybe this happened:

  • He wanted to dance more but she didn't, so he took her home and went back to dance more.

I can't see a problem with that.

It's not considered disrespectful to me though I may be biased as I'm a multi-dater who does the same quite often. I often pick out an establishment I like and line up dates on the same night some time apart so I don't have to travel much.

Did the date end at 11 because of him or because of her?

Posted

Not disrespectful. They are still relatively strangers to one another by the mere fact that they've only been on two dates.

Is she upset because he went out and had more fun that night without her while she made the choice to turn in early?

Well he made sure she got home OK. How is it disrespectful? He is definitely working the scene though so it's good she has the information. Not that it will matter to most girls if they like the guy.
