She hit me during a fight..did i ask for it tho..?

So after 8 months back together a few nights ago..we had quite a fight..we couldve survived it..but near the end..I turned to walk away and she drilled me in the side of the head...

Now i did make her really pissed off..does that make it ok..or shoukd i walk...she also threatened e sayong to watch my back...i know both instances were cuz i made her mad..i love her n confused i i am making excuses for her actions...

I was accusing her of being unfaithful..she has repeatedly said she wasnt..but we have a past where she was caught

Physical abuse is NEVER ok. Most battered men don't repot it or do anything about because there I'd a misguided stigma attached. Other men may make fun of you but you need to stand your ground and let them know too that you won't tolerate it. Be a role model for other battered men and put a stop to it. Leave. Find counseling for battered men and find out what your legal options are. If she's open to it you might find resources for her to get help to not be abusive. A lot of women don't recognize that they are being abusive. If the rolls were reversed and you hit her you can imagine what would happen to you.

as hokey said there is no excuse for physical abuse......being a woman doesn't give us a free ride into hitting men because they supposedly shouldnt hit back....if you hit anyone you should expect to get hit back...and if you dotn like getting hit...you dont hit others......the only time hitting anyone is necessary is in self defence...even then ....talking and running your ass off or walking away should come first......

 

however pissed off you get....if you hit someone who pisses you off....you are the one with a lack of self control......as your gf exhibited a lack of self control....wasn't right.....anger management classes might be beneficial for your relationship.she should have let you walk..i wish you the best.deb
