knick9mm Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 I'm 23 from NJ, I met a girl, 21 from OH, thru a mutual friend. I went with my friend to visit her (she is roommates with my friends girlfriend). After I left, we talked (texted, phone, skype) for 5 months and then she came to visit and stay with me this month. We hit it off great. It was like we had known each other forever. During that week, I asked her if she wanted to be in a relationship, she said yes. We both agreed on how we want to make this ldr work and we agreed that seeing each other is very important. So now we are kind of planning to meet in Pittsburgh and spend a weekend in a hotel next month. Does this seem like it's going fast or is there nothing wrong with this? Once again, im very new to this.
TaraMaiden Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 No, doesn't seem too fast to me. In fact, the secret is to keep up the momentum....
CherryT Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Doesn't seem too fast at all. You've been in constant contact for 5 months and after your recent visit, you've sealed the deal. When you're in a relationship it's great to make efforts to visit/spend time with each other, even if it's short. Take any chance you get... My BF and I met on vacation and he visited me literally 3 weeks later.
