I have been going NC for about 2 weeks now. Prior to that I was still in LC but he text me Happy Mother's Day anyway. Should I text him Happy Father's Day? We were not fighting, he was not willing to commit to a relationship and I couldn't stay any longer under those conditions. I am not doing NC to retaliate or be mean, just to move on and regain my self esteem and self respect.

Good, then for the sake of your goals do not text him. Just don't.
