Hi all,

Some of you have seen some of my previous posts - the back story isn't really important but just to give the context: broke up with ex a while back, regretted decision, would like to try again, ex is not interested.

 

I've been doing fine lately - throwing myself into sports and meeting lots of new people. Then along comes a disaster - have injured myself fairly severely, can still work and get around etc, but have been told no sports for a minimum of 4 weeks. I am really gutted, and have no idea what I'm going to do with my evenings now. It was my main social outlet apart from going out with friends on the weekend.

 

I am really worried about how I'm going to get through the next few weeks and can see myself backsliding into the depression I worked so hard to get out of. I thought I'd reach out for some suggestions on how to fill the time? I've already watched just about everything Im interested in on Netflix!

Play World of Warcraft. Start a blog. Take a class online. Read about a new hobby you want to learn more about.

 

Anything but call the ex.
