My ex left me while I was pregnant for another girl. He told me he would be jealous if I was with someone else and to try it. So I signed up for pof. And welll his gf also had a bf at the time and ledt him for my ex. And someone started chatting with me on pof telli g me I was cute and I was thinking this guy looks familiar then it clicked ITS HER EX BF! So I told him who I was we laughed such a small world well now he wants to go for coffee and make them jealous. They both still talk to us. Is this a major bad idea? Will it make them mad and push them closer? Hes a really nice guy bit I'm clearly not over my ex

I wouldn't go out with someone to make my ex jealous, I'd go out with someone because I wanted to.

Healthy, happy and mentally stable women only go out with men because they really enjoy being with the man. Not to make anyone jealous.

Normally, you date people because you really like them, and if it does not work out, you do not stick around and ask the person you left to "date other people" to gauge their reaction to it.

 

Look, you have the chance to now move on, get over your ex, and eventually find a much BETTER guy.

 

No offence though, but you have to work on your own life and your own personal issues, before you should date again. I am in the same position as you are.

 

We attract guys like our exes, jerks, for a reason. I strongly advise you figure your own stuff out before dating. I am in the same boat and I know what I am saying is the truth.
