lilmisscantbewrong Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 (edited) Well, the wedding was today and no xom or bs or the posse. So it was a lovely evening and I was very happy we chose to go. My husband was prepared, as was I and we had our two daughters with us - plus most of the guests would have been totally supportive of my family if they had been there. Anyway, either they were invited and declined - maybe they asked if we would be there and made their decision upon finding out we rsvpd or maybe they were not invited at all and it was never an issue. I might never know. But needless to say, it worked out fine, I felt like finally I could breathe in my own space and not worry for a change. I know there will come a time that we will come face to face, it is inevitable, I was so hopeful it would not be at an event like this and it wasn't. Anyway - thanks for all of your advice and input.
