Hi there its me again

 

I have a real bad feeling of paranoia and feel people are getting at me, or always find myself in situatons that i can't get out of.

 

I need help how do i stop myself being paranoid, as i love my boyfriend but feel i am pushing him away because of it.

 

He has never done anything wrong and doesnt deserve this, but i need some advice, can anyone help me.
