Supergirl_x Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 My fiancé failed university and I know he is extremely upset with what has happened as he put alot of work into it but the fact he's flying off the handle at me and shouting at me and saying things he doesn't mean by being stressed out is really unnecessary for him to do so I am only trying to help and be there for him but then I say ill give him time and space and he doesn't want that either I feel so helpless and its making me feel utterly depressed when he's taking it out on me too. I love him and he loves me and I know his family are being hard on him too. We don't live together as of yet, were In a long distance relationship.. We're both 22.
pink_sugar Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 How did he "fail" it? Did he get kicked out or does he need to re-take a failed course? I can understand how you would feel pressured by this. My husband and I finish this summer and we also have financial stress since we are living together. Hang in there. Maybe he could see a counselor. He's probably feeling like it's the end of the world. Try and encourage him to stay positive.
