Yourenogood Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 There's this new boy that came to my school, he's in half of my classes and he's always been pretty dry to all the girls. Anyway it's been about 4 months since he's been at the school and lately he's been paying me a lot of attention like he always directs comments at me, talks to me and "absentmindly" let out arms or knees touch My friends say we flirt a lot, he winks at me and usually i would find this normal but we always have eye contact with each other and my friends say that they catch him staring at me However he always throws stuff at me and says mean things and calls me names . He's pretty loud in front of his friends and the things he says are not charming at all for example Teacher: you don't know how to talk to girls Him: I don't need to I have money I know this sounds like a stupid high school crush thing and it probably is But I really don't understand if I'm focusing too much on this guy that's probably not even worth it... Help
starrynightz45 Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 He probably does like you, because young guys often say mean things/act like idiots in general towards girls they like. But this wouldn't be worth your time. He sounds extremely immature and wouldn't know how to treat you, you would end up getting really hurt. You can really do better. 2
TaraMaiden Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 He's got a smart@ss mouth, and he's a show-off. He thinks he knows what girls like. Unfortunately, he's wrong. Play it cool, aloof and remain "unavailable". Tell him, one day, that the way to a girls' heart is by being a person of integrity. If he thinks it's to do with money, then all he will get is gold-diggers. Good luck with that. 2
TaraMaiden Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Unfortunately, many guys don't ever lose that 'College Jock' mentality. Might as well try to educate him while he's young.....
Gambit123 Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Go for the nice quite guy, who blushes when you talk to him. You will have a much easier time.
Gambit123 Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Haha that gkid has already learned how to treat women . I bet his life will be furfulled with an abundance of women.

RedRobin Posted June 2, 2013 Posted June 2, 2013 Ignore this one. Doesn't matter if he likes you or not. The teacher should as well. He/she is rewarding this douche-in-training by responding to him when he is acting this way. A better approach would be for the teacher to only address him when he is acting respectfully. Would set a better example for the rest of the students too.
Author Yourenogood Posted June 3, 2013 Author Posted June 3, 2013 Haha thanks for the advice, I know I know he's no Good and I know a jerk when I see one but I feel like such an idiot I actually look forward to classes we have together. Whyy do girls like jerks, that is a question I will be asking myself for the rest of my life Bad boys ain't no good and good boys ain't no fun.
