I wish it was that easy. I'm the type of guy that gives off a lot of love and gets attached easy.

Lok, I've given you just about all the advice that I've got. Letting go is not easy. But your health depends on it.

I haven;t got a whole lot more to tell you. At some point, you're going to have to stop wallowing and start doing. I think you should stop now. But it's up to you. I've got my own problems and my own No Contact journey I'm on right now. I'm happy to provide advice, but there comes a point where you stop talking and start doing.

I have noticed on here that anytime someone is on the end result of a breakup everyone has the same answer. Move on forget about her/him. That may be the logical choice. But I Also believe in fighting for what you love.

Then all I can suggest, is be prepared to lose. Because the overwhelming majority of those who 'fight for what they love', end up losing. They lose time spent working on themselves, they lose confidence, they lose growth and personal development, and they lose the person they're fighting for.

Get ready. You're signing up for a world of hurt.

I am going to take your advice and continue with the no contact no matter how hard it is. Because believe me it's hard. I know and understand that most people on here have been through what I'm going threw therefore they are able to give me the best advice.

I know it's hard. A lot of us are doing it right now. It is hard, and painful, and frustrating... but it works. When used correctly, it works.

Good luck.
