matt29 Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 My ex of 7 years left me six weeks ago, we've had contact due to having to sell our house. A week ago I decided to go no contact. She text me today to ask if I've sold the engagement ring and if she can cancel the insurance on it. I know the rite thing to do would be reply but I honestly don't want to have to have any contact with her! Should I reply and just keep it brief? Any advice would be great. Thanks!

That's ok, just advise her what you're going to do. It's a joint asset, much like the house, and needs to be sorted out. 1

Just reply with two words: 'Cancel Insurance'. Then remain NC... I had to go through that engagement ring nonsense as well. Just adds another level of pain, confusion and suffering. Stay strong & good luck!!
