Guys if the girl you like is always giggling and laughing with another guy, is that enough to make you jealous, or think she's into him? Do guys consider that flirting?

I like a guy but his friend always makes me giggly and happy not because I like him romantically but because he's a funny guy. I'm worried that if I keep that behavior up, the guy i like is going to get the wrong idea. Is that likely to happen?

Side note; the guy I like does not find his friend as funny as I do. Last time he was making me laugh, the guy seemed annoyed at me, moody, quiet, couldn't look me in the eye. Is that really enough to make a guy jealous? If it is I want to contain myself in future because i don't want to make this guy jealous.

sometimes it certainly is -- but it also depends on the type of person he is. the maturity thing and all.

when he sees you enjoying yourself around his friends, it can easily make him jealous as he wishes it was him making you all giggly and happy and whatnot, hence the moody quiet guy he turns into.

maybe he's just not as confident as he should be.

that's just my guess but i can't be certain.

if i were you, i'd boost him up a bit by paying more attention to him instead of his friends.

That.

OP, try to see how you can enjoy with that quiet guy. Try to give him a gentle casual greeting, and perhaps start chatting.

And remember - random flirting just for fun does NOT have serious intentions. So give that person a try! :)

I giggle and laugh A LOT. It would be bad for an insecure guy to date me.
