Female platonic friends

Do you guys have any female platonic friends? Have you ever thought about having sex with them? Would you if they offered have sex with them?

 

Do you go out talking to women to seek out platonic friendships?

Yup, on my course at uni I've only made female friends. I wouldn't sleep with them, the thought hasn't really crossed my mind and to be honest I don't find them attractive to sleep with at all. If they offered I'd still say no, it only ever complicates things.

 

I happened to start talking to them on the induction day, I socialized and we seemed to get on alright. If I don't find the woman attractive, I immediately put them in the "friend zone" so to speak if I do end up talking to them and being friends.

I did in the past when younger but, now, nearly all the women in my social circle are married, so it's really impractical. The closest I get these days is my male friend's wives. As an example, my best friend's wife and I will sometimes go to farmer's markets, help folks out or do stuff related to Alzheimer's together, since we both lost parents to it. Typical friend stuff. She considers me her second husband, without benefits. .

 

I don't actively seek out platonic female friends as I have plenty of friends and don't currently wish to socialize any more than already done.

I recall, in the past, when my best female friend used to model bikinis for me for an objective opinion and I generally gave it to her, not really thinking sexual thoughts. Generally, my answer is ' no', but I can admit to some fleeting fantasies amongst the many female friends I've had in life. I'd say that's 'normal'. Nearly all, as with my best female friend, had boyfriends or husbands, so it wasn't anything I spent any time on.
