lukeishere Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 how often do you call/ text your significant other? i text her good morning and good night every day and we will text throughout the day but if i have nothing to say i just stop the texting. i don't wanna drag it on. we see each other 5/6 days a week so i usually don't call unless its to make plans if we go 3 days in a row without seeing each other i'll call her one of the days it's just hard to know what's a good amount but not to much to where you are suffocating her

My guy always texts good morning, we say hello, share a laugh if possible...we keep it brief as we both work. We ask about each other's day and/or bring up something odd or funny when it happens. We flirt a lil but mostly keep that stuff to when we are together . We also generally text goodnight now. We spend time with each other 2-3 times thru the week and talk over the phone on occasion. I don't ever feel suffocated, in fact I appreciate that he takes the time to say "Hey babe" or "Mornin darlin". It brightens my day that he is thinking of me
