Haunani Posted September 29, 2004 Posted September 29, 2004 ... sitting at a signal light this moring, I turn behind me to hear the car on the left side honking his horn. He's sporting a bright orange sports car with the top down, and the music blaring. I hear the horn again and again, he couldn't be talking to me.........then his car is even with mine, and I look to the side, here's this trying-to-be-21-again 50 something year old guy, he's got this huge grin from ear to ear, and he keeps tipping his head and cup to me as in *cheers*. Trying to mouth something I can't understand. I kinda looked at him like *Are you serious?* Are you talking to me? He then proceeded to follow me and honking every few feet, and doing the cheers thing, then this eyebrow workout thing.......and I'm like OMG, he can't be following ME? I thought maybe he was telling me something about my coffee. I had to laugh because before I lost weight, this would never had happened. Especially because I'm married, I'm sure everyone knows that it's stamped on my forehead, I never look at guys THAT way, it never crosses my mind, I'm very much a one person married lady/mommy/wife........I guess after all these years with my dh (23) I *forgot* what it was like to have someone else think I was actually worthy of being chased and being to blatant to speak it. I almost felt like um.....* a sinfully giddy teenager* that someone would follow and seek me out like that. I almost wanted to tell dh, but I'm not sure he'd understand, not with his past issues of jealousy, this would put him over the edge. Is it okay for a mommy/faithful wife to feel attractive to other guys - even if just for a moment?
Fayebelle Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 OF course! Feel sexy, pretty and popular- then head on home and give that confident energy boost to your family. We all have to recharge somewhere- even if the charger is the victem of a mid life crisis (hey at least he still has good taste )
Author Haunani Posted September 30, 2004 Author Posted September 30, 2004 oh good, I'm glad someone else feels its okay to at least savor the moment, and now I don't feel guilty for making mr. teenager-turning-mid-life- feel bad by turning down his coffee gestures.....
kellydontwanttasleep Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 of course it's ok. be the cool sexy mom you are
fredrolin Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 Alot of times if I am at a red light and a chick in alone in the car next to me I will hold up my thumb in a "thumb's up" way in front of my mouth and simulate oral sex. Who knows, maybe one day a woman will follow me and give me a BJ!!

flavius Posted October 10, 2004 Posted October 10, 2004 My car is red, not orange, and I am only 42. You know I was just playing, but sometimes I see a girl who's so cute I just get sinfully giddy. Just enjoy the ride. But be good!
