Shayanna I don't know how old you are, but if you are in High School or younger... Guys haven't learned how to be social with girls, especially when they are around other guys. If they tell you that they like you but giggle, it's NOT a joke, but rather nervous laughter.

 

If you are older than that, I'm not exactly sure without saying any more.
