Hopeless80 Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 I'm a bit puzzled about the behavior from one of the guys I know. I do have an attraction for him, but he's off limits so I'm not pursuing him. When we're talking one on one he'll make eye contact with me, but if there's someone else in the conversation with us, he rarely if ever makes eye contact with me. He usually looks at the other person (guy or girl). It could be a topic that I brought up and he'll still look at the other person. As I said, I'm not persuing him, but I am curious as to why he'd do this? Any ideas?
bob the brave Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 just a theory. I think people generally make more eye contact with the person they perceive to be the most important in a given setting. This could be political, intellectual, socail or sexual. So, if it's just you he dosen't have a choice. This dosen't mean he dosen't respect you or like you.
Author Hopeless80 Posted May 17, 2013 Author Posted May 17, 2013 Well... that kind of stinks if that's true. That would mean I'm way at the bottom of everyone else. LOL It's ok though. He's an attractive guy, but I don't see us being a good match anyway so I'm not gonna lose sleep over it.
