hi guys just got a breadcrumb from my ex last night saying

she has been NC for 12 days and i have been NC for about 6 after i just stopped texting cause i got no reply to questions like ' babe r u happy' etc ..

 

Argh what do i do im trying so hard not to reply. I know if i do ill get no reply back anyway

I'd let this one pass. Delete it and keep moving on. One message like this means almost nothing in my opinion

Don't reply... she doesn't want to talk to you and ignores you, but now she's missing the attention you were giving her. It's not fair to you for her to use you as an ego boost. Stay strong and don't respond to vague messages like this. If she really wants to talk, she will make a real effort to get into contact with you. Unless that happens, don't give her the satisfacttion of knowing you are missing her.

yeah guys thats right. Ive been doing so well , she is still on my mind etc but i have started to become happier and confident. I spent 45 mins a health shop the other day just randomly talking to the girl behind the counter. I would have never have done that in my life. I have realised that i am very outgoing when i want to be. I should of asked for her number etc but i was too scared haha
