Chase4U Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Usually when me and my ex text (he's the dumper) I usually end the convo with him being the last to text and just disappear for 3 days. I notice this pattern like when we don't talk for 3 or 2 days he always ends up texting me something random or if I didn't finish the convo he will reply with "you're alive?" "are you alive?" and I will respond back with something silly. Like today I asked if he was ok cause he likes to drop hints when we were together so I figured something was wrong so he responds with "Lol. Yea. I'm okday. Just seeing how you were, haven't heard from you lol" Could this be he misses me or something? I don't like to think too much into it but HE ALWAYS ends up texting me when I don't contact him. I miss him too. I mean we were in a long distances relationship and I have known him for a year and a month now and we were together for 7 months and met 3 times during the long distances. It was hard!

It was hard! You really should be in complete No Contact. There is no room for guesswork here. You're split up. Finished. Ended. No more. Go No Contact. Remaining in touch blurs the edges, adds to the confusion and you don't know WHERE the hell you are. NC answers all your questions and opens your eyes. Read the link in my signature.
Author Chase4U Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 (edited) I already read that guide countless of time haha. It's been almost a month and a half since we've broken up and trust me. I've gotten a lot a lot better then. I am a lot more calmer. The break up really helped me work on my issues. I am at a point where I don't mind talking to him and not going crazy as before. A part of me wants him back and a part of me wants to be his friend. Either way, it only matters I didn't lose him as a person. My last ex, it was a long distances and I vowed not to do it again with my current ex. I went CRAZZZZZY kept bringing why we broke up and we wanted to be friends. I would always contact him first and when it got to the point where I was getting crazy. He officially cut of all ties with me and I never heard from him again. It hurt but it was for the best but with my current ex I handle it well. The first 3 weeks, yes I went back to my crazy self but he listened and we both cry and he wasn't being rude unlike my last ex was. It says something about me. We always put up with each others crap cause we really loved each other. It's just, you dumped me. Why are you still texting me? Why does he do that? If he didn't think of me, he wouldn't bother texting me. I never had a guy did this. Usually when they end it, they don't text or make contact me at all. He's the dumper. Aren't dumpers the ones usually that don't initiate contact? I love the idea of no contact. It's true, absence makes the heart grow fonder. Everyone is different how they handle it. I feel healed but I just miss him cause of barely meeting and he admit it too after the break up. I wonder if I ignore his text for weeks or a month, how would he handle it since he texts? I don't want to ignore him just yet. I want to arrange a meet up with him when I get to the city, just to hang out as friends, not bring up about reconciling or anything. I know you're thinking just go NO CONTACT! GO NO CONTACT! It's for the BEST! IT'S DONE!! I know it's to heal which I've worked on. Not a technique to get him back. I feel confident to face whatever may be thrown at me. IF, we do plan to get back together. I won't right away. I would say, it's better to be friends and start slow. I'm just following my heart and doing it carefully because I know I am strong. Edited May 15, 2013 by Chase4U
