bob the brave Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 For dating or marriage, what do you think is an acceptable age range between two people?
FitChick Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 His net worth divided by her bust measurement x number of children they want + size of the future wedding party. If you live in the Deep South, just marry your cousin. 2
fortyninethousand322 Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 For me I'd date no younger than 20 and no older than 35 (or so). I'm 25, so I guess 5-10 years is a good difference. If possible, I'd prefer an older woman to a younger one.
carhill Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 For dating or marriage, what do you think is an acceptable age range between two people? Whatever range is acceptable to those two people. 2
jaQ3 Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 (edited) I suppose it could fluctuate in either direction based on the individual but... I'm a 29 year old female and wouldn't date anyone who was younger than 24. I wouldn't date anyone older than 35. I prefer men to be older than me. Edited May 12, 2013 by jaQ3 oops, not 25!
JuneJulySeptember Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I'm mid 30s. I don't really have a max up, but the floor is probably 25 or so. Depending on maturity. I mean, it's conceivable that I would date a 22 or 23 year old if they were really mature, but I wouldn't make a move on them. They'd have to hit on me. And THAT'S not happening.
USMCHokie Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 The age of consent in most states is 17... ...so my age - 17 (or 16 or 18, depending on the state...and hey, I have car and can cross state lines...) ...so my age - 16.
lamaga Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I am 26. I only date guys who are 26 or older, but I'd prefer if they weren't older than 36. If I meet a guy who is 25 or 24, and they were awesome I'd still date them, I just don't pursue younger guys. For me it's just because of bad experiences I made with dating younger guys. A slight bias from my side here.
