Ok guys,

So I was just keeping a friend of mine company about 30 minutes ago while she waited for the dealership to finish work on her car, then a very cute young lady walks by, we hold eye contact for about 5 seconds and she makes the cutest smile I've ever seen. Problem being, I was too much of a coward to approach her and lost the moment... but I did hear the employee say her name... and I successfully looked her up on FB, I'm certain that's super creepy, but when you drop the ball and lose the moment, what's a guy to do?

Should I say anything? Or just let it go?

5 seconds of eye contact, you over hear an employee say her name, and you use that to look her up on facebook and contact her...

Mmm... Sorry, I'm going to have to go with creepy on this one.

If you'd have talked to her directly and she'd have told you her name herself then maybe it would be ok, but even then I'd say it would come off as slightly creepy if she didn't personally give you her facebook / phone number directly.

But then thats just my view. I'm sure people's views will vary greatly, so who knows maybe she'll think its sweet.

Point is, if you really think the likelihood of bumping into her again is incredibly low, then it might be worth a shot. Entirely your call, but to me it would seem creepy.
