anapsys Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 A research on how people cope with a romantic relationship break-up is being carried out and we would like to invite you to take part in it. The questionnaire can be filled in by anyone who has experienced a relationship break-up (recently or sometime ago). It is completely anonymous and the information gathered may lead to develop new strategies to help people recover from the experience of a relationship break-up. aFighter Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 I didn't see any "describe your cheating, backstabbing user ex" field in there
Pookette Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 There's no field for "my partner took too many drugs and fried his brain and developed paranoid schizophrenia due to the drugs" either. Or "my partner told me he wanted to kill me".
Scott S Posted September 27, 2004 Posted September 27, 2004 There also is no "My SO left me to join some strange cult & is now living in a commune in Tibet," or "My GF went off to college, got heavily involved in radical feminism, decided she was a lesbian & broke off our relationship." It is simply not possible to specifically describe every single issue that may occur in a relationship, or the specific circumstances surrounding a break-up.
