stargazing13 Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Hi everyone, My boyfriend and I broke up a long time ago but I just FINALLY got the cojones to cut contact like...last week. I love him and want to be with him. I am hoping that we can reunite and try once again. Until this point, we were hanging out like 4 times a week and even traveling together [stupid. stupid. stupid]. Anyway... Anyone have any success in a situation like this? OR is there any advice you have for me in addition to just falling off the face of the planet? Thanks!
aisuru Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Need additional info. How long together, how long broken up, what type of contact after broken up, why broke up. Keep it short. We have short attention spans around here... What do you want, why do you want it? Are you prepared for worst case scenario?
Leigh 87 Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Won't work. Darn it. This situation is very wrong. I am very much in love with my ex. But there is no way I would hang out for months with him, unless he wanted me soo badly; wanted me in all ways, not just as a companion who he may have sex with cos he has not felt a connection to anyone else or had any luck in hooking up with anyone decent looking. This is not to say that he does not love you on some level - I am sure he really likes you, to be wanting you to be around him a lot! If he was madly in love with you he would KNOW early on, after hanging out with you, that he needed you to be with him on the deepest level; which is a full on relationship.
