StanMusial Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 You should date him so we can have some entertaining yet depressing threads to read. 5
rainfall Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I would never date a male stripper. There is no way I would ever even consider the idea.
veggirl Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Why? Just wondering, I know why I'm uninterested but what's your take? Cause strip clubs disgust me in general, male or female. And I wouldn't date someone who thinks that is an acceptable job. I guess I could see someone stripping if they are in some dire situation with no money etc or something, but....someone like that is in no place to be dating then either and I'm not interested in a guy who doesn't have his life together. If he DOES have his life together and still chooses to strip for some reason then we just have very different outlooks on life and wouldn't be compatible anyway. It would be like dating a porn star or something...hell no. I guess I'm not into the sex industry at all, wouldn't date someone who had a part in it. I wouldn't date a guy who was an exec at a porn company or owned a strip club either. 2
Poppy fields Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 If I were younger I probably would. As long as he left the Speedos at work. Those things are not attractive on anyone. well, maybe on David Beckham, but I think he would be the sole exception.
jeni45667 Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 Is he a male stripper with the heart of gold? Also, if he's a starving college student who needs to strip so he can study to be a lawyer, I surely want to contribute a dollar
Author ImperfectionisBeauty Posted May 9, 2013 Author Posted May 9, 2013 Not gonna lie it isn't the ideal job but he is nice to me so I am going to go out with him
Kristine Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Honestly my family would not approve, but I would totally be into him I'm sure. Hot body, sexy moves, enjoyment of sex, and good money coming in! Dang he's the package! Now my family believes in role modeling and setting good examples for the children in the family. I suck at that and my twice divorced self rather than self deprecating and suffering through misery self shows that my examples aren't the norm. But yes in all honesty I would date a male stripper.
Mme. Chaucer Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Homeless guy, abuser, engaged guy, guy with a new baby and a girlfriend, and now a stripper. How will you ever choose? 3
pcplod Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 I met this guy who is a male stripper, he is nice but idk he is too talkative kind of. He just talks about stupid stuff and I'm sitting there like -_- Well, you don't have to be a stripper to be able to talk for your country, but I can see how it can happen. It's not as if the job has much call for anything other than visual communication, rather than verbal communication, so there might be an inclination to 'catch up' when the opportunity arises. Personally, I have never contemplated stripping, for which the world can be grateful, but I can talk for Queen and country and I know it. Therefore, I do make a conscious effort to keep conversation going by asking questions. It keeps the 'target' on their toes and makes sure they don't drop off for twenty winks. Some people readily confuse a monologue for conversation. If you like the "strong silent type" you will some time down the line bemoan the fact that he never communicates with you, can't express his emotions, his fears, how he freezes you out, how passive-aggressive he is as you are filling in the divorce papers or composing the "Dear John, goodbye" letter. 1
pcplod Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 no male strippers cannot be trusted they probably fornicate with like half of their clients everyday because men cannot keep it in their pants You sound adamant and bitter enough to be talking from a LOT of personal experience?
pcplod Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Is he a male stripper with the heart of gold? Also, if he's a starving college student who needs to strip so he can study to be a lawyer, I surely want to contribute a dollar Maybe it would be better to marry the guy while he is still a stripper and divorce him before he becomes a lawyer? If taking the honesty of making a living into consideration. The stripper is only selling his body and even then only on a promise never to be kept, whereas the majority of lawyers end up selling their souls no matter what naive aspirations they set out with in the beginning. 2

Author ImperfectionisBeauty Posted May 9, 2013 Author Posted May 9, 2013 Homeless guy, abuser, engaged guy, guy with a new baby and a girlfriend, and now a stripper. How will you ever choose? I mean being a stripper isn't ideal but Channing Tatum was one and look at him now I want a Channing!!
LuckyLady13 Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 I dated a stripper years ago but I wasn't real serious about relationships at the time and the guy was hot, had so much money it was insane (lots of toys, high-tech gadgets, a car most people only dream of, etc...) and he was the sweetest thing too! However, he called me constantly and talked about things so downright boring that I didn't know what to do with him. I kept trying to figure out how to have in depth conversations with him but eventually just couldn't figure him out and broke it off. I did think it was cute how he called me all the time...until I found myself telling him "you're with other people so be with them, you don't have to call me. I'll see you later!" He was really sweet and just loved how good the money was and how easy it was. Most of his day consisted of being at the gym and working out which is something he loved doing. An hour at work and he had insane cash! Most of his time was free to do what he wanted to do. Shop for expensive cars, spend time with me, etc. In the end I don't regret it and don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. He was very talkative, fun, loved to have fun and sweet. He was just boring and didn't know how to have in-depth conversations about anything and that's not the kind of guy I'm compatible with.
Kristine Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 Generally speaking my relationships are with IT people. I've never even met a male stripper. LOL
Author ImperfectionisBeauty Posted May 13, 2013 Author Posted May 13, 2013 I went out with him, he talks about himself A LOT like all the time and he is really really arrogant. I don't like feel a super connection but now he is saying how he likes me a lot and idk maybe I will go on another date to see if it'll potentially be something but I have a feeling it won't. I feel like a little uninterested in dating at the moment, I just GRADUATED!! I want to get a job and get an apartment and move to another city or another state and surround myself with cute guys... Only really good thing about this guy is he does want the whole family thing and he is 26 so he said within a year or so he is looking to settle down. I think that could be cool but a year from now I want to be in grad school

therhythm Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 Hello pips, former stripper and escort here. I guess that the question is why would you not want to date a guy who work as stripper? They are as love worthy as any other person, if you like the guy and he likes you go for it, you may find that we are fun to date! 1
