He should know that you will never because he does not deserve you. If he has told you that, then your finally in a power position RR. Dont give it back to him either. You have a longgg life ahead of you and from all your posts you are extremely smart and mature. You will easily find a amazing guy once you open yourself up and start accepting it. Maybe your ex's relationship with this new girl isnt gonig as planned. Maybe the honeymoon phase is over. GIGS possibly? Well, how about this... if he broke up with her, came to you, would you take him back? Because there is nothing wrong with taking him back.. well let me rephrase that... depending on the situation there is nothing wrong with taking him back... but he went into this "fling" relationship... and it took that to make him realize your worth? sorry Im kinda just going off... ive been upset recently and just too lazy to make my own post lol. RR I bet you were the one that got away because he will never find someone as loyal and respectful as you.... but that was his fault and you definitely deserve better. 1

Point 1: In love with their SO= heart already accounted for Point 2: "The one who got away"= you mean the person they dumped? Uhhh... that's not getting away... sounding like high logic. Point 3: "Wonders if they'll ever come back"= wait what? Let's refer to point 1... hmmm... ok... so they're heart is already accounted for... what would be the purpose of said person returning since their heart is already taken. To watch? To become ensnared in some type of love triangle? To be permanently tortured by a person who dumped them, wants to keep them around but loves someone else? Sounding higher and higher here... Isn't it possible for someone to be in love and/or love more than one person? If he dumped you that is pretty stupid to say that you're the one that got away... unless he was playing some extravagant game that totally backfired because you were too strong to put up with his sh.t 1
