Independent Scotland... Will it affect relationships?

I am so worried that if Scotland become independent that somehow my boyfriend in England won't be able to come here to stay at my house for the weekend? Or come here on holiday?

What will happen? I feel so worried and anxious like we have had a relationship for 2 years and we aren't married YET but we are going to, it's just not the right time with university and work. What happens if the scots become independent, will he have to get a passport? Will i? I'm doubting he will but I'm so worried and maybe now thinking up all things, that the government won't allow it, but I'm being silly obviously cos there must be thousands of people like me in the same position, also with family, and friends. Can someone please tell me what they know about it? Cause I'm really stressing me and my boyfriend hope to get married soon in the next few years maybe, but if that is the only way to allow it its a bit unfair to make people rush. I'm stressing way over the top tbh. How will it work?

I'm pretty sure that the referendum will not pass, the numbers just aren't there.

So yeah, you're probably worrying about nothing.

 

Worst comes to worst, you'll need a passport. It's not like Scotland and the rest of the UK will be at war with each other.
