NGC1300 Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Being a man, and being around men, there's this universal mentality that sex is all that matters when it comes to women. Get laid, get laid, get laid... If a man so much as suggests he's interested in a relationship rather than just sex, he will be crucified by his peers. And yet, the vast majority of these men either end up married, have a GF, or otherwise involve themsleves in long term relationships. If sex was really all that mattered, wouldn't they just stay single and have sex with multiple women? If relationships are so bad, why do most end up in one? Why are they so hypocritical?
Author NGC1300 Posted April 24, 2013 Author Posted April 24, 2013 Hypocrisy is not a gender thing, it's an individual person thing. Also, there are many private aspects to a relationship. They could be loving partners that care deeply but don't show it to male friends. And for those that are in it for the sex, what's it matter to you? Your post doesn't seem to have a point. You start off saying that it's all about sex, but then it turns into bad relationships I said the majority seem to convey they're bad. My point was men in general will cry blashphemy if another man admits to wanting a relationship rather than just sex, yet these same men are often in relationships themselves. Very hyprocritical.

TheGuard13 Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 I have literally never encountered the phenomenon you speak of. I second the whole "pick better friends" thing.
