mtnbiker3000 Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 So, I just finished the Dr Gray book, 'Mars/Venus Starting Over' and one of the key things from the book was to identify and address/process your BU in terms of the 4 Healing Emotions, which are: Anger - What has happened that we did not want to happen? Sadness - What did not happen that we wanted to happen? Fear - What could happen that we do not want to happen? Sorrow - What cannot happen that we want to happen? I keep an ongoing list under each of the 4 categories as I discover more and more when processing my BU. Dr Gray claims this is key to moving on in a healthy manner and being available for love again in the future. Use it however you like. Who knows, it may be of some help. Then again maybe not, but worth a shot, right? 4
steveT95 Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I know I'm been totally stupid, but what do you do? What sort of stuff should be written down?
ChazzB Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 maybe is to be able to look at our emotions and the things that happen more objectively, so we can understand and get some sort of closure? 1
