Love stinks yeah yea Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 .. if while talking and laughing with a guy, he literally says that he notices that we have the same sense of humor, what is he getting on at? I love guys that are funny and he definitely is funny. I find him very attractive. By him actually saying that we have the same sense of humor, does that mean he digs me? It kind of took me back when he actually said it.. He also shared personal stuff with me and confided in me with things that are going on in his life..We don't really know each other too well, but I got to know him a lot more lately..It felt really nice..I was actually not surprised that we got on so well..I have been envisioning our first conversation, what I would say, etc.. and it went pretty much how I thought it would go..Very weird!
FlyerFan54 Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 I have the same problem. I over-analyze EVERYTHING because I can't see everything that is right in front of my face. All he is getting on at, is that you have the same type of humor. Just because you can laugh at the same things, doesn't ALWAYS mean they are into you. I am not saying he is or isn't, but you have to find out more about him. If he confided in you, that's fine. Some people (like myself) will say things to people to get an outside perspective. Others, just don't mind talking to people if they feel comfortable. My advice is, just take it day by day and that you two had good conversation. If you think too much into things to the smallest detail, you'll drive yourself nuts. It's tough, but you have to force yourself to play it cool. There's a few things though. How long have you known him, and how often do you talk to him? That can also have a factor in certain things. 1
TheGuard13 Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 It means he thinks you have the same sense of humor. Its pointless to read anything more into it than that. He told you this of his own free will...he wasn't answering some kind of loaded question you asked him. His actions will tell you whether he is into you. Not his words. 1
ErosOcean Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 .. if while talking and laughing with a guy, he literally says that he notices that we have the same sense of humor, what is he getting on at? It means... "OMG, I am actually making her laugh! Finally, someone who gets my jokes!" 1
ExpatInItaly Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 It means he noticed you have the same sense of humour. He probably likes that, and he may in fact like you too. But don't try to dig up some deep meaning for fairly simple statements too much. The guy I'm currently dating does this and it drives me bonkers sometimes! It can be very frustrating to have your words dissected and over-analyzed 1
TheGuard13 Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I don't understand why people insist on believing that everyone speaks in meta text, that everything they say has some hidden meaning. It's annoying, and exhausting to be on the receiving end of that. 1
mirandasantiago Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 It's better than him saying you have nothing in common, especially your sense of humor! 1
charlietheginger Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Your eazy to get along with i feel comfortable around You. Thats what it means... alot of women play hard to get , hot cold bs and use A fake face on dates. Im sure he thinks your genuine and a real person not A faker. when a man enjoys being around a woman. Bingo its Sign he likes you. Ive been around women who are pissy moody with no sense Of humor guess what i dont stay around them long. I personally chose to have positive people in my life Eazy going, eazy to get along with 1
