Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum so I wasn't so sure on where I should post this. But I'm asking for a little advice on flirting.

Here is my situation. I just got this new job at this elementary school working with after school kids about 2 weeks ago. My sister also works there. And there is this really pretty girl who works there also, her name is Lisa. Well I really like Lisa, but I need advice on how to let her know that. My sister says that when her and Lisa talk, that Lisa is very energetic and talkative. But when she talks to me, she is very quite and shy. I've just started talking to her on the phone and I need some advice on what I could say to her to let her know that I am interested in her. I've talked to many girls in the past and they all always seemed to like me in the beginning, but when I start to talk to them they seem to drift away from me and that ends the relationship. I don't know if it is the things that I am saying to them that makes them go away, but I don't want to make that same mistake with Lisa. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I don't want to seem so boring to Lisa that it'll make her not want to get to know me. Any advice would help. THanks!

Why don't you ask her out?

Take her to an amusement park or dinner OR both

Ask her questions about herself.... show an interest in getting to know her and who she is...

Compliment her (but only when you really mean what you're saying)

Often times "shyness" is mistaken for being aloof and not interested...

Make eye contact when you talk to her, smile, touch her lightly on the arm or shoulder when your talking, mirror her body language, paraphrase what she has told you....

You seem like a good guy, and obviously she likes you, ssshhoooottt you scored her digits right!

Confidence okay!
