I know you're supposed to delete/block all FB stuff, but I'm usually strong enough to not give a rat's ass about whatever my ex girlfriend posts.

For whatever reason though, I was on news feed and came up changing her profile picture to her at a party with her close friend, who is a girl, but it still got my blood boiling for some reason. Anyone else get these patches sometimes?

Doesn't happen to frequently, but every once in a while it does and makes me go insane lol...

Oh, a picture with a gilr at party? That doesnt sound big yet.

Wait for when she posts a picture with some dude on the holiday beach and writes a caption : finally found a decent man! Smth like that ;p

I agree with that and you can't win with them. You can only prove your strength by resisting the urge to overreact, which is exaclly what she wants to achieve.

Yes of course, I saw a pictures of my ex with the guy she is seeing right now and I felt sick to my stomach. I m still feeling sick at the moment because of the pictures and the thought of them together. It is just a normal picture no lovely dovey stuffs. I just found out she is seeing someone a few ago. The though of them together makes me sick and don't know how I could ever let her go..............

So I guess it is normal to feel angry or upset when you see pictures like these.

Take care!

This is one of those rare times I feel lucky I have no friends and no need for Facebook.

Block her problem solved. Trust me you DO NOT want to experience any of the situations depicted above. I did and it ain't fun!!! You might be mad now but when you hurt it is so much worse.

Yeah ive been meaning to defriend her or block her but its hard cause i like seeing what he does. Also i dont think she would be with someone for many months or a year but when that happens im definitely blocking her. But ill probably defriend her soon. Just very difficult

Don't wait that long!! Soon she will begin to move on & the only way she will wonder about you is if she isn't in your loop anymore. Plus the only way for you to move on is to be out of her loop. Whether you want her back or just want to move on your only option is to defriend her at least. Or you can do nothing check up on her and have your heart carved out with a spoon. I chose the later for the first 6 months after my break up and it just delayed my healing, crushed my self respect, made me confused, and allowed a person to be in my life that didn't even want to be.

Believe me might hurt now but its better in the long run to block her till you don't care! (Just FYI I turned my fakebook off and haven't regretted it since)
