Lovels Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 My ex girlfriend broke up with me over a month ago. According to her, my feelings for her were stronger than hers for me. We continued to talk although I think I should have had NC with her. She still tells me she loves me and she misses me. We had a long distance relationship so I only saw her two weekends out of the month. I haven't seen her since February. Well she says she wants to come see me because she misses me but cannot because of her job. She asked if I would come see her instead. I told her it would be awhile before I can step back into her town and see her. The thing is, she lives in the same apartment complex as all her friends and I told her it would be awkward. She has yet to respond. Why? When we first broke up, she told me she only told two people that we are no longer together. Is she keeping the rest of her friends in the dark about our break up? Or she doesn't want to believe that it's over? I'm confused.
lynn1954 Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 You broke up for a good reason: it's obvious that you don't belong together. Forget about her, and make the break up permanent via NC. Find someone in your own area, someone who thinks that you're fabulous. When you find her, treat her with the kindness, respect and love that she deserves. Don't waste another minute with a girl who doesn't care about you.
