Is the Gym!

I've long been a gym rat, but since the breakup, I've used all those negative thoughts and emotions to my advantage. I'm lifting heavier than ever, pushing myself more than ever, and it's those negative thoughts and emotions from the breakup that I have to credit for it.

When I feel like giving up during a rep, I think about all the other guys out there who are probably going to try and get with my ex, and I strive to be better than every single god damn one of them. I think about how good I look, and how my ex is going to miss out on it. I look at all the other people in the gym and I think to myself, "I'm the baddest motherf**ker in this place!".

Breakups suck. They hurt like hell, but you can use those negative feelings to your advantage. This is your time. Now it's about you. Work on yourself, improve yourself. Working out makes you feel so much better in every way.

So instead of sitting around at home wondering about what your ex is out there doing, and feeling sorry for yourself, get to the gym. Work on yourself, and use all that anger, frustration, sadness and confusion to your advantage. Get your confidence back up, and get out there and show the world and your ex just how awesome you really are!

Only because you let it. Use it to your advantage. Just think to yourself about how much you're going to improve yourself, and how your ex is missing out on it. Can you imagine what your ex would be thinking to herself when she sees your ripped new physique? I can guarantee you she will be kicking herself for dumping you. It's not only about looking better too, it's the confidence that comes with it. You'll come across as a boss in her eyes.
